Returns & Refunds

RETURNS:

• Within 14 days of receipt of your order, email support@jottnar.com explaining the reason for the return and including your Order Number.
• Write your order number on the Product Return Form included with your order, and place this in your returning package. If you require a new form, ask us to email you a copy.
• Return the product within 60 days of its receipt, and the completed Product Return Form to the correct address below: 
• For UK returns: JOTTNAR RETURNS, The Malting, East Tyndall Street, Cardiff. CF24 5EA
• For US, EU, ROW and other international returns: Write 'GOODS RETURNED UNDER WARRANTY' clearly on the package and send to: JOTTNAR RETURNS, The Malting, East Tyndall Street, Cardiff. CF24 5EA

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are permitted on like-for-like product (same product but different size or colour). Items must be returned in their original as-new condition and with a completed Product Returns Form. Hangtags and labels should still be attached.

Correctly returned products will be exchanged within five working days from date of receipt and returned to you at our expense.

REFUNDS

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original as-new condition and with a completed Product Returns Form enclosed, and with hangtags and labels still attached.

All correctly returned products will be refunded to the original card/account used. Depending on payment method, a refund will normally appear in your account 5-10 working days after receipt of the item. Any shipping fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded.

Returning goods in transit are your responsibility until received by us. We advise you to use a recorded postal service.

When returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer or as a bundle, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer/bundle threshold or conditions, as that discount or offer will no longer apply.
