OUR WARMEST DOWN JACKET. A PERFORMANCE BENCHMARK

A class leading hydrophobic down jacket. Stuffed with a huge 225g/7.9oz. of 850 Fill Power goose down (women's medium, 240g/8.5oz. in large), in a premium 93/7 down/feather ratio. Our water-repellent down from DownTek™ stays dry 10x longer than untreated down. Unlike inferior versions, our water repellency won’t wash out and is free of harmful fluorocarbons. Our ethical approach to down sourcing complies with the Responsible Down Standard.

Box wall body construction, fleece cuff liners and oversized zip baffling maximise warmth. A water repellent rip-stop face fabric resists the wet, and potential moisture zones at the cuffs, hem and collar contain synthetic insulation. A belay-friendly two-way zip and helmet compatible hood with mouldable peak add to the Fjörm’s benchmark credentials.

Warmest Jacket Ever

The is the warmest, cozy-est, most functional jacket I've ever worn. It served me well on the slopes while skiing the Rockies, and kept me warm walking outside for 30min (or more) in -5 Fahrenheit weather. 100% worth the price. I bought a second coat for my partner since I was so impressed with the one I bought for myself.

It's a very lightweight and warm as long as your moving. I like the black colour and style. However for the price I would of expected fleece lined hand pockets and more useful pockets. It's a bit minimalist on the pocket front.

I really love my new ink coloured Fjorm jacket. Thank you Jottnar for such a great jacket. It's so light and soft and warm and cosy. And, it's 'woman shaped'!

Astonishingly durable.

Have used the jacket for three seasons now as guide on board ships in the Arctic and Antarctica. Will happily continue to do so, and highly recommend if someone is looking for a really warm jacket. It's toasty even when just worn over a t-shirt. Astonishingly durable for fabric seemingly delicate. Snug fit but wide enough for binos and radio underneath. Suggestions: Re-design the draw cord on the hood so the loose fabric around it does not flap noisily in the wind. Put a bit of extra filling (or baffles) into the neck section where camera and bino straps tend to compress the down.
